Janet Gamble and Petra Zinniker
Saturday Session II

Biodynamic farmers strive to create a diversified, balanced farm ecosystem that generates health and fertility from within the farm itself. Explore practical ways to apply biodynamics to grow the most nutrient-dense and vibrant foods possible, build soil organic matter, and revitalize landscapes.

Janet Gamble and her partner own and operate Turtle Creek Gardens. Together they manage 100 certified organic acres of mixed vegetables, pastured beef, and hogs for a CSA and direct market. They practice biodynamics and holistic management.

Petra Zinniker and her husband own and operate Zinniker Family Farm in southeast Wisconsin. The farm has been managed with a variety of methods, including biodynamics and holistic grazing management, to produce grass-fed beef, pork, free range eggs, and honey.
