We’ll cover variety selection, ease of cultivation and specific needs, and look at shrubs and trees for interesting cuts.

Carol Larsen has been in the flower farming business for over 40 years, selling at the Dane County Farmers’ Market and through Fair Field Flowers, a wholesale partnership. She also does weddings, event and restaurant sales. She is a longtime member of the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers.
