Saturday II – 2 p.m.
A consumer-centric approach is essential to the success of any business. Uncovering insight into values, beliefs, unmet needs, and moments of delight and frustration is essential to determining how to connect to consumers in relevant ways and to ensure that your products will play a meaningful role in their lives. This session will help you keep your finger on the pulse of the consumer by providing an update on the evolution of today’s organic consumer (behaviors, attitudes, perceptions, challenges), as well as perspective on how demographic shifts and the changing consumer landscape in the U.S. may impact how we connect with the organic consumer of the future.
