Whilden Hughes is a sixth generation farmer from Wisconsin. The 150-acre Hughes Farm grows organic specialty row crops and small grains.

Isaac Greeson works on his family farm in Indiana growing 1,400 acres of corn and soybeans in a no-till cover crop system. Currently, he has 60 acres in organic transition.
