Wendy Paulsen is an organic certification specialist and staff inspector for the MCIA Organic Program. For 10 years prior, she was an independent organic inspector and reviewer. Her main production experience is in produce, flowers, fruits, and poultry.
Andrea Koller and her husband own and operate 180 acres in LeSueur, Minn. They started farming corn and beans in 2004. In 2015 they decided to take a leap of faith and transition their crops to organic.
